Got the Superstore Theme
So I decided to go with the Superstore Theme for my store. Found it on their site, clicked around, added it to my cart, all pretty standard. The download was fast, no waiting around. Good theme, but checkout took a bit
I bought the Retina Theme last week. The theme itself is really good, lots of customization options, and it loaded fast after I got it set up. I liked the clear layout on their website for choosing the theme. My only minor gripe was the checkout process; it felt a little clunky on my phone, and I had to re-enter my details a couple of times. Delivery was instant though, the theme files landed in my inbox right after payment cleared. Customer service hasn't been needed yet, which is a good sign. Overall, a positive experience, but they could probably smooth out the mobile checkout flow a bit.

Bought the Flex Theme. Easy download. Installed fine. Works as expected. Good features. Happy with the purchase.
